Online coachingĀ is for those who have some experience in the weight room but are looking to take their training to the next level.

Online coaching is not for those who aren’t motivated and don’t want results. If you aren’t serious about your training then don’t bother reading any further. I don’t want to waste your time or mine.

The beauty of online coaching is that you can get the same great experience that you would have working with a trainer in person but can utilize it at anytime, anywhere. All online coaching programs start with an initial private phone call with Jordan Moorhead so you know that you are getting a customized training and nutrition program made especially for you. No cookie cutter, one-size-fits-all programs here. Your specific goals, available time, training age and equipment availability are all taken into account. Your program will work perfectly for you in the gym of your choice, or wherever you choose to train! Even better, your programming is available to you at all times through sophisticated computer software and smartphone apps. You can view your programs, track your progress and log your workouts right from your smartphone. This allows for an interactive training experience and a high level of accountability.

Online coaching requires a few things from you in order to be successful:

  • Weekly check ins. If we don’t know how you are doing we can’t help.
  • A computer or a smartphone to utilize the high tech software that makes our online coaching so effective.
  • Accurate assessment of what tools and skills you have available to use for a training program.
  • Being honest with your coach at all times, especially during your initial strategy session.

When starting an online coaching program at JM Custom Fitness I want you to be sure that is right for you which is why we only have two options, both which come with a 30 day guarantee. If you aren’t satisfied with your experience within 30 days then you are free to cancel and move on to something else. I will even point you in the right direction if I believe that my approach is not for you.
